It's Cool To Have Character

$ 25.00 USD

“Cool To Have Character” was created by Artist George E. Miller for the Savannah-Chatham School Districts’ 1st Annual Character Education Conference at the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum in Pooler, GA. The artwork illustrates the six pillars of character education as outlined by the National Character Counts Institute. The Six Pillars of Character are a framework for teaching good character and are composed of six ethical values (characteristics) everyone can agree upon: Trustworthiness; Respect; Responsibility; Fairness; Caring; and Citizenship. Each of the six character traits used within their “CHARACTER COUNTS!” program help to instill a positive learning environment for students and a “culture of kindness” making schools a safe environment for students to learn.
